Privacy Policy

When you place an order or contact us we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number (optional), order details, and the listing links, photos, or videos you submit for production. When you browse the site we collect standard technical data: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the campaign parameters that brought you here (for example, UTM tags from an email or ad).

To produce and deliver your order, communicate about it, process payment, improve the site and our marketing, and — only if you're a client or asked us to — send you relevant updates or offers. You can opt out of marketing email at any time; order-related email (like delivery notifications) is part of the service.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our business: website hosting (Vercel), transactional email (Resend), payment processing (Stripe — we never see or store your card number), and analytics/advertising platforms described in Section 4. Each processes data under its own privacy terms, and only as needed to provide its service to us.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage, and we may use advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) to measure our ads and reach people who visited this site. Pixels may set cookies and receive standard event data (pages viewed, actions like starting or completing an order). You can limit this with browser settings, ad-platform controls (like Meta's Ad Preferences), or common tracking-protection tools.

Materials you submit are used solely to produce your order. We keep them (and your finished videos) so we can handle revisions and re-orders, and we delete them on request. We only feature finished videos in our own marketing under the portfolio permission you set at checkout, which you can revoke at any time.

We keep order and contact records as long as needed to run the business and meet legal obligations (for example, tax records). Project materials are kept while useful for revisions and re-orders, then deleted on a rolling basis or on request.

Email us and we'll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (except records we're legally required to keep). If you're in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as the EU/UK or California), we honor access, correction, deletion, and opt-out requests accordingly.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep access limited to what's needed to serve you. The site and service are for business users and not directed to children under 16; we don't knowingly collect their data.
